Introducing GO! for Babies, Toddlers, and Twos

We’ve been working on something new behind the scenes, and I’m really excited to finally start talking about it!

Say hello to GO! Littles — a brand-new curriculum created specifically for babies, toddlers, and two-year-olds!

If you’ve used GO! Curriculum for a while, you know we’re big believers that kids are capable of learning way more about God than we sometimes give them credit for. And that doesn’t suddenly become true when they turn three or four.

Big faith can start little. Really little.

That’s why we created GO! Littles.

And this isn’t just our preschool curriculum watered down for younger kids. We started from scratch and asked, What does great ministry actually look like for a baby? What about a one-year-old? What about a two-year-old who would much rather dump out a bin of toys than sit still for a Bible lesson?

Because, well…that’s kind of what two-year-olds do.

Built for Littles

GO! Littles is designed around the way very young children actually learn—through repetition, movement, music, play, sensory experiences, and loving interaction with their leaders.

Each month focuses on one simple Big Idea, and then we come back to that truth again and again throughout the month. The lessons include Bible stories, songs, motions, games, sensory activities, prayer, and plenty of opportunities to play.

And because a six-month-old and a two-year-old are living in two VERY different worlds, GO! Littles includes separate lesson plans for Babies and Toddlers & Twos.

No trying to make one lesson work for everybody.

The Babies lesson is designed for babies.

The Toddlers & Twos lesson is designed for…you guessed it…toddlers and twos.

Revolutionary, I know.

Simple Truths. Big Foundation.

At this age, we’re not trying to turn kids into tiny theologians. We want to begin planting a handful of simple truths deep in their hearts:

Jesus loves me.
Jesus is alive.
Jesus is my friend.
God helps me.

Those truths might sound simple to us, but think about the foundation they’re creating.

Before these kids can read a Bible for themselves, they can begin to know that God loves them. Before they can understand a sermon, they can experience church as a place filled with people who love them. Before they can explain what faith is, they can begin building one.

That’s what has us so excited about GO! Littles.

GO! Littles isn’t available to purchase just yet, but it’s coming soon!

The first scope and sequence begins in February, so you’ll have plenty of time to get your team ready before the first lessons begin.
