Military Base Purchase Form
If your military base is interested in purchasing GO! Curriculum, please provide the required information below. We have developed a dedicated purchasing system that complies with government regulations. The automatic annual renewal has been removed, allowing you to receive an invoice for future payments. Additionally, materials will be accessible via secure links compatible with government devices. Once your submission is received, we will contact you directly with further details.

Once your form is submitted, we will create an account for you. An invoice will be sent to the billing contact from Stripe. Once payment is received, your account will be active. We will send you an email with your login credentials and information on how to access your curriculum.
