The GO! Bible lessons come in a customizable format. Don’t have time for all of the small group activities? No worries! Take some out. Want to use the small group connect question during story time? Cool! Copy, cut, and paste away! Want to incorporate a robot unicorn that shoots rainbows and sprinkles out of its nose? Ummmm…you know your kids better than we do, so we’ll leave that one to you! It’s designed to fit any children’s ministry.
We know how important leader training is. That’s why GO! lessons provide teachers and leaders with two important tools to help them prepare for the coming Sunday School lesson and to equip them for their role. The first tool is the “Leader Devotional” which is intended to give further insight into the Bible story and to help your leaders prepare their hearts and minds for the coming lesson. The second tool is called “Skill Building” and is intended to help your leaders develop the critical skills needed for their role in your children’s ministry. There are unique skill building tips each month for both large group and small group leaders.
Having your lesson materials organized and preparing your children’s ministry space ahead of time is one of the keys to a successful lesson. To help, GO! provides you with a “Supplies List.” This list is a quick guide to all of the materials needed for the lesson. It includes amounts needed as well as notes on how the materials will be used or how they can be modified to possibly fit your needs better. The GO! team realizes that Kids Church lesson materials can sometimes be costly and time consuming to gather and organize. With that in mind, we intentionally choose materials that many churches already have on hand or can be easily purchased at a reasonable cost. GO! also comes with set-up instructions that walk you through ways to prepare your room.

Do parents just not care? Of course they do! Maybe the problem isn’t with the parents; maybe it’s with the take-home sheet. That’s why we made the GO! HOME Guide different. It isn’t just an info sheet for parents. It’s a canvas on which kids respond to God during the ministry lesson in the form of thoughts, prayers, and drawings. Now, instead of parents just seeing, “Today at kids church your child learned…”, they’ll see the profoundly beautiful outpouring of their kid’s heart, mind, and soul. You can probably imagine how this might pique a parent’s attention. More than that, it’s the source of some amazing God-filled conversations between parent and child!

We also provide regular training articles that help KidMin leaders like yourself do their job even better.
